The system supports users to define various types of forms in MS Word format. In these forms, the main data definition is used (main data fields/columns) to collect information from the contract screen.

The system has the function of defining data from the program to the contract template in order to transfer the information from the program to the pre-defined contract.

All changes are made to the template word file. Administrators can redefine the corresponding data from the program and template files without reprogramming.

Besides using a standard template, users can upload a free template file to the system to create a contract.

The approval processes can be flexibly changed without reprogramming

In case the approver is away for business trip, they may authorize another person(s) for approval

Through each step of the workflow, system will send email to the next approver and keep cc the contract creator. The system has a reminder function to remind the contracts which are about to expire.
