UNIT has a strategic partnership with FUNiX Online Education Organization to seek high quality IT human resources.
Mr. Le Hoang Son said that the company always strives to bring customers good products with the latest technology.
In order to expand the quality of human resources, UNIT signed a strategic cooperation agreement on training and recruitment with FUNiX, which believes in the training model and quality here. Moreover, UNIT is ready to welcome “cloud school” students to practice and work. Enterprises also participate in developing the training programs, sending experts to teach and guide students to shorten the gap between teaching and learning.
Mr. Son expected the cooperation program between the two sides to contribute to building an ecosystem to nurture talents in the field of technology, helping businesses solve the problem of lacking high-quality IT personnel.
UNIT is also one of 6 businesses that accompany and sponsor FUNiX to organize the ChatGPT Hackathon programming contest. The software programming contest requires the use of ChatGPT application, occurring from April 4th to May 7th. As a silver sponsor of the contest, UNIT hopes to find quality and practical technology ideas, in which can practice ChatGPT into real life experience. Hence, contributing to shaping a new generation of programmers who can work with ChatGPT to create breakthrough products.
Mr. Son affirmed that ChatGPT can hardly replace jobs that require creativity, thus, we can combine our new ideas with ChatGPT’s professional advice; producing advanced outcomes and services in a safe, stable environment.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam – Founder of FUNiX highly appreciated the opportunity to cooperate with UNIT; therefore, he hopes that the cooperation agreement between the two firms will help students have an optimal learning environment associated with practice. At the same time, the two corporations help connect and bring attractive job opportunities to students, helping more young Vietnamese people assert themselves in the IT industry.
Cooperation between the two units is part of the developing IT human resources program of more than 100 IT enterprises. The program aims to build a school-business ecosystem, bringing functional values to both parties and students. Firms including UNIT are willing to sponsor tuition fees, recruit “cloud school” students to work and practice after graduation.
Particularly in the last 3 quarters of 2023, the company plans to recruit nearly 120 more programmer positions with different qualifications and professional capacities.
“Depending on the position applied for, potential candidates can receive alluring salaries and benefits from 200-500 million dong a year,” said Mr. Son.
